The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is internationally recognised as one of the world’s top four botanic gardens based on the quality, breadth and depth of our science, plant collections, public engagement, and education.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Creative Programmes Assistant to join our small, dynamic team and help deliver a vibrant programme of exhibitions, events and activities that connect people with plants through art, culture and science.

You will be part of the Public Engagement team, dedicated to developing audiences and increasing engagement with the world of plants. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and reliable with a genuine passion for people and plants. You should be a strong communicator who is confident engaging with diverse audiences and organised and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be a graduate or someone with equivalent relevant experience and interested in art, culture or nature—ideally all three!
