Job description

At Missoma, we believe jewellery is more than just an accessory, it’s a form of self-expression. Founded in 2007 by Marisa Hordern, we’ve grown into a globally recognised brand known for our demi-fine and solid gold pieces, all designed in-house at our London studio and crafted with care.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised, and self-motivated Creative Production Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative in-house Creative team at Missoma.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Missoma, we live by three core values :

  • Authentic… We value honesty, open feedback, and conscious sustainability. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about people and the planet.
  • Collaborative… Every voice matters. We foster inclusivity, creativity, and fun, working together to innovate and grow.
  • Entrepreneurial… We think big and act boldly. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, take initiative, and make a real impact.

Your Role as Creative Production Assistant

You’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end production of compelling campaigns, e-commerce and lifestyle imagery, social-first content, and video across Missoma’s digital and print channels. You’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing the brand’s visual storytelling to life.

Main duties include, but are not limited to the following :
  • Supporting the Creative Producer in the planning, coordination, and execution of all campaign, social, and e-commerce shoots
  • This includes booking models and shoot locations, sourcing props, organising catering, preparing call sheets, and ensuring all samples are tracked and present on set
  • Sourcing, coordinating, and managing props required for shoots
  • Assist in setting up Missoma social shoot spaces, ensuring areas are consistently maintained, well‑organised, and ready for the creation of reactive content
  • Assisting the stylist during shoots with prep, packing / unpacking, steaming garments, and managing returns
  • Supporting production budgeting : tracking spend across projects and ensuring deliverables stay within agreed budgets
  • Collaborate with the Creative Producer and Social Media Executive to develop and produce engaging, original short‑form content for Missoma’s social platforms
  • Managing Missoma’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Bynder, to ensure content is tagged, uploaded, and organised for easy access across teams
  • Keeping internal creative folders, talent decks, and contact sheets updated and organized
  • Occasional travel may be required to support on‑location shoots
What you’ll bring :
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar creative production or studio assistant role
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external collaborators
  • A passion for creative production, brand storytelling, and trend‑driven content
What you’ll get :
  • Generous staff discount across our products and experiences
  • Hybrid working model with flexible hours at our West London HQ
  • Healthcare cash plan to support everyday wellbeing
  • Enhanced parental leave after two years of service
  • Annual paid volunteer day to give back to causes you care about
  • Monthly team socials and events
  • Access to cycle and tech schemes with easy monthly payments
