Job description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead the delivery of creative campaigns and brand activations across our Rest of World markets. Based in London and reporting to the Creative Project Manager (Creative Delivery), you’ll oversee projects from initial brief through to launch, ensuring campaigns, retail experiences and activation programmes are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You’ll be:
  • Delivering integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations from concept through to execution across international markets.
  • Managing experiential activations, pop-ups, in-store takeovers and retail experiences, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to launch.
  • Coordinating creative assets across digital, social, retail, content and in-store channels, keeping teams aligned to shared deadlines.
  • Building project plans, maintaining schedules and ensuring all workstreams remain on track using project management tools.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, production suppliers and creative partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Working closely with international market teams to manage localisation requirements, market-specific assets and launch deadlines.
  • Tracking project budgets, costs, capacity and delivery risks, providing clear updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating sample logistics, photoshoots and content production, ensuring assets are delivered and archived effectively.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Brand, E-commerce and Product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery
You’ll have:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in creative project management, production coordination or campaign delivery.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail and content platforms.

  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, including design, content, photography or animation workflows.
  • Experience supporting international markets and localised campaign delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
