Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in London is seeking a creative PR Executive to join our North Europe team. You will help shape brand and product stories, secure press coverage across print, online and broadcast, and build relationships with media, influencers and makeup artists.

Working closely with regional agencies and the Global PR team, you will research influencer strategies, manage gifting and samples, track KPIs, and prepare reports for launches, markets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Some experience across press & influencer activity, in-house or agency
• Excellent writing and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in one EU language other than English is a plus
• Organisational and prioritising abilities with results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Support PR Manager and agencies to secure consistent press coverage across print, online, broadcast and social
• Develop influencer strategies and nurture relationships with key partners
• Analyse KPIs and compile reports on launches, campaigns and events
• Oversee gifting, sample management and end-to-end influencer mailers
• Plan and assist with PR events and in-market activity
