Job summary

Elta Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to join our UK & Ireland team. You will blend creative writing with design skills to develop engaging content across digital and traditional channels.

You will support campaigns, manage multiple projects, and work with the Graphic Designer to produce collateral, web content, emails and social assets while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a marketing role with independent day-to-day activities.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for marketing materials.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading, adaptable across audiences.
• Good eye for design, layout, and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, creative, and able to contribute content ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support Graphic Designer in creating and updating digital and printed marketing materials across the Elta Group businesses.
• Design and artwork marketing collateral including brochures, product literature, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations and other branded materials.
• Support the creation and updating of technical product documentation, working with relevant teams to ensure information is presented clearly, accurately and consistently.
• Create digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns and other online channels.
• Adapt existing creative assets for different formats, channels, markets and audiences.
• Support the development of exhibition graphics, signage and other event materials.
• Write engaging copy for a range of marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, product literature, advertisements and other marketing collateral.
• Proofread and edit marketing communications to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.Undertake competitor, market and industry research to identify new marketing and content opportunities.
• Create and update internal communications and branded materials for businesses across the Group, including company handbooks, internal campaigns, presentations, workplace signage and other employee-facing materials as required.
