  • Champion consistency and creative quality across channels, ensuring materials meet brand guidelines, local requirements and applicable censorship and clearance standards.
  • Partner with Insights and UK Brand Managers to identify audience needs, creative hooks, themes and opportunities, including participating in relevant research such as focus groups and footage test screenings.
  • Oversee the secure management and distribution of campaign assets between the Studio and external partners, supporting appropriate vendor security and asset handling.
  • Lead, support and develop the Creative Services Supervisor, setting clear priorities and objectives while creating opportunities for their continued growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
  • Strong creative judgement, with demonstrable experience developing and delivering creative marketing campaigns and launches across formats including Print, AV, Digital and OOH.
  • Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies and partners, with the ability to translate ideas, strategic direction and stakeholder feedback into clear and actionable creative briefs.
