The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and talented Creative Manager to join our brilliant Marketing team at Not On The High Street for a 6 month fixed‑term contract. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader of small creative teams and come from a hybrid Designer/Art Director background. You’ll be experienced in concepting big ideas for campaigns, producing content across a range of digital channels (including motion/video formats), art directing shoots and editorial content whilst executing engaging design ideas across the customer journey.
We’re open to candidates from both in‑house and agency environments, ideally you’ll have around 8 years+ of creative experience. We’re looking for a creative who loves retail, collaboration and innovation. You’ll also be passionate about managing people; guiding them with infectious creativity and helping to develop their skills and experience whilst also working with the wider team to instil creative ideas throughout our business.
