Job summary

Bath & North East Somerset Council's Fashion Museum Bath is recruiting a Creative Health Manager (Learning & Engagement) to develop, manage and grow creative health and wellbeing programmes during the pre-promoting phase. Working with the Public Health Team, you will identify community health gaps and design heritage-led interventions.

This 0.6 FTE (3 days a week) fixed-term post runs for four years and focuses on tackling inequalities, social isolation, education gaps and mental health through

Qualifications

• Significant experience co-producing and facilitating community-based creative programmes with vulnerable, marginalized or healthcare-referred groups.
• Demonstrable experience building partnerships across cultural, health, social care or voluntary sectors.
• Hands-on experience managing psychological safety, clinical risks and interpersonal dynamics of individuals with health challenges.
• Strong understanding of the Wider Determinants of Health and the role of cultural capital in shaping inequalities; commitment to inclusive museum spaces.
