Daylesford Estate on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border seeks an experienced florist to craft arrangements with an exceptional eye for colour, conditioning and siting within a Country House. This hands-on role involves collaborating with the Estate team to ensure the house is beautifully presented for private entertaining and events.

The ideal candidate will have formal horticultural or floristry qualifications, strong knowledge of flowers and seasonal materials, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Formal horticultural or floristry qualification with knowledge of flowers, foliage & seasonality.
• Ability to create arrangements from small informal to large scale displays.
• Professional, discreet and able to work independently and with garden/household teams.

Responsibilities

• Create arrangements for private entertaining and special events.
• Ensure the house is beautifully presented at all times.
• Work with principals, household staff, gardens and events teams to maintain presentation.
