A creative technology agency is seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead visual direction and establish creative standards across digital and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong art direction skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to mentor creatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to define creative visions and leveraging AI to enhance workflow. This position is based in the UK, ideally located in Brighton, London, or Manchester.

This is a hands‑on Creative Director role with the chance to help shape the creative output of Anything is Possible. You’ll work directly with the Executive Director, Creative, Content and Social to develop ideas, raise craft standards and build a modern creative function inside a tech‑focused agency.
We’re looking for someone with strong art direction and design foundations, confident across digital, social, OOH and video, and excited about how technology and AI can drive new ways of working. You’ll bring insight from working with media teams or on campaign creative, and know how to build ideas that land across channels.
You’ll set the visual direction of campaigns, lift the work through your own craft and inspire the team to experiment, push ideas and use new tools intelligently.
You’ll collaborate with producers and partners to take projects from concept to final delivery, and play an active role in shaping how creativity and technology come together at Anything is Possible.
