As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Creative Digital Designer to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Digital Creative Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Manager, your role will be integral in building the brands, creating eye-catching artwork and using your boundless creativity to spread the word. You’ll be working with all facets of our friendly company to create artwork to be proud of, acting as the shop window for all our brands online.

Responsibilities
  • Working from briefs, you’ll craft fantastic designs for seasonal promotions to let our customers know the latest news & offers
  • Ensuring that all artwork is on-brand and recognisable for the group
  • Daily you’ll be building compelling designs, using generative ai, canvas expanding, repurposing imagery, colour-correcting and applying clipping paths to photography for use across the websites
  • As creative designer, you’ll be one step ahead in making sure we’re prepared for the next campaign, but also able to think on your feet and deliver reactive asks when inspiration strikes!
Person Specification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail environment
  • You’re a seasoned online shopper – you know what works & what doesn’t. You understand retail and marketing best practices and use that knowledge to make great artwork
  • You know your way around a Mac like it’s an extension of your very being
  • You can use Adobe Creative Suite to a legendary level (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, After Effects is a plus)
  • You respect deadlines and can comfortably prioritise your work to make sure no one is left hanging
  • A strong eye for detail – nothing gets past you!
