Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Creative Designer to take ownership of packaging, retail displays, digital content and customer presentations for a privately owned business. The role is based in Fleet, Hampshire, with four days per week in the UK office.

You will design packaging for batteries, flashlights and new ranges, produce print-ready artwork, create 3D renders, and support online content on WordPress and Shopify. Strong Adobe suite skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Designer within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or a packaging/branding agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging artwork that has gone to print.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with retail and point-of-sale design.
• 3D rendering experience.
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Canva skills.
• Good understanding of print processes, dielines and pre-press.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with packaging and regulatory information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Designing packaging across batteries, flashlights and new product ranges.
• Producing print-ready artwork to dielines and supplier specs.
• Creating retail displays and POS materials including FSDUs, shelf-ready packaging, clips and barkers.
• Creating customer presentations, range reviews and sales pitch decks.
• Producing photorealistic 3D product, packaging and in-store renders.
• Creating customer-specific and promotional artwork.
• Supporting website and online marketplace content across WordPress and Shopify.
• Collaborating with suppliers, factories and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Maintaining brand guidelines, artwork archives and assets.
• Ensuring packaging and artwork meets brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
