Overview

Our Team: How we enrich everyday life

You’ll be joining our newly formed Design Hub within the Bauer Media Audio (BMA) Marketing Team. We’re a collaborative, creative group working across some of the UK’s most iconic radio brands—Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Hits Radio, KISS, Absolute Radio—as well as podcasts, social video, commercial events, and our listening app, Rayo.

You’ll work from our London office at The Lantern (minimum two days per week), alongside Creative Leads and internal stakeholders from brand marketing, podcast, commercial events, and social/video teams. Together, we deliver bold, engaging creative that connects with millions of listeners and viewers.

The difference you will make

As Creative Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our campaigns and branded content. From designing cross-platform assets for podcasts and events like Hits Radio Live and KISStory Blackheath, to supporting social, web, print, and out-of-home campaigns, your work will help bring our brands to life.

You’ll act as a creative guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all output, while contributing fresh ideas and implementing efficiencies using AI platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your creativity and attention to detail will make a real impact.

Your role

You’ll support the Creative Leads and wider marketing team by delivering high-quality design across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing creative assets for brand marketing, podcasts, commercial events, and Rayo
  • Ensuring all creative output is consistent, accurate, and on-brand
  • Collaborating with Creative Leads and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work
  • Contributing ideas and creative input across campaigns
  • Using AI platforms to implement creative efficiencies
The Skills you will bring

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Excellent attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player and communicator
  • Awareness of current design trends and creative industry developments

Desirable:

  • Experience using AI platforms and Monday.com
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour science, and social media design
  • Passion for music, entertainment, podcasts, and Bauer brands

Experience:

  • Professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within media, audio, radio, entertainment, or a closely related field
