With the launch of Global Studios and the continued expansion of our digital creative output, we’re looking for a creative and highly organised Creative Co-Ordinator to provide immediate support across our Podcast and SoundCloud advertising campaigns. This role is key to driving commercial creativity and ensuring the smooth delivery of branded content, host-read sponsorships, and creative audio campaigns, while supporting key stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running – ideally with at least 2 years of experience within a creative advertising role.
Attend regular brainstorms with the commercial podcast team to generate bold, multi-podcast creative concepts, and help bring them to life through engaging idea stories
Develop great relationships with podcast talent / producers, both in-house and external, confidently shaping creative ideas that stay true to their individual voices
Support the delivery of podcast sponsorship, host reads and branded content campaigns from briefing through to production and final approval
Assist in creating integrated branded content framework scripts for seamless handoff to internal and external production teams
Review and quality check briefing documents, ensuring all required information is in place for creative production
Liaise with internal teams and producers to manage copy clearance and approval workflows
Support the Head of Commercial Podcast Operations and Podcast Partnerships Talent Manager in maintaining accurate creative status trackers and keeping the wider team informed
Collate and deliver weekly reports and post-campaign analysis (PCA) for SoundCloud advertising clients and agencies
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation across SoundCloud activity
Liaising with ad ops teams to traffic ads and check assets are correct to spec
Work with the SoundCloud team to calculate monthly reconciliations and ensure accurate billing and final reporting

In your first few months, you’ll have:
Mastered the tone and voice of each individual podcast on Global’s slate, and know exactly what makes them unique
Built strong relationships with internal and external podcast production teams
Delivered multiple projects , with your work being heard by millions of podcast listeners
Built a strong understanding of the ASA CAP and Global’s Ad Policy guidelines
Communicated effectively across the business, keeping everyone in the loop
Embraced our workflows, ensuring smooth, efficient project execution
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative production, operations, or project management role - ideally within media, audio, or digital advertising
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines
Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally with producers, talent teams, sales, and external clients
Proficient in tracking tools, reporting, and basic data handling
Experience working on audio or podcast campaigns is a strong advantage
