The Lensbury is seeking a confident bartender to join our busy on-site bar in Teddington. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain presentation and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar environment.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, beverages and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of drinks with consistency and flair.
• Contribute ideas for new cocktails and presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests.
• Upsell specials and premium drinks naturally.
• Handle payments, manage tabs and use POS systems confidently.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
• Check IDs and follow licensing regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift handovers.
