We’re looking for candidates who thrive in problem-solving, process optimisation, and structured thinking, with a strong interest in automation and its potential to reshape creative workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage multiple Creative Automation projects simultaneously, from briefing through to final delivery from design, feed setup, testing, automation production, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Develop accurate project budgets, timing plans, and resource allocations to keep projects on track.
  • Consult on creative development to ensure automation feasibility.
  • Identify risks early and proactively manage them, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Support account planners and clients on automation-specific discussions, helping them understand workflows and best practices.
  • Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of automation processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Relevant experience in creative/digital project management
  • Strong project management skills—organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Logical and detail-oriented mindset—able to spot inefficiencies, solve problems with precision, and improve workflows.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven—anticipates challenges, finds solutions, and takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical teams.
  • Adaptability—comfortable in an evolving space, where testing, learning, and iteration drive success.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets—comfortable working with data, structuring information logically, and using Sheets for project tracking.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with Google Suite and Airtable.
  • Exposure to Creative Automation.
  • Experience working with Celtra or Smartly.
