Hungry Bear Media Limited is seeking an Assistant Producer to join our award-winning team in London. This hands-on role focuses on turning briefs into engaging content across TV and digital platforms, from casting to prop sourcing and editorial development.

You will work closely with the Producer and broader team, developing ideas, scripting items, and coordinating shoots. A proactive, creative storyteller with a passion for multi-platform content will thrive here.

Qualifications

• AP-level experience in fast-paced production with editorial instinct.
• Broad experience across entertainment, magazine, lifestyle, daytime, news or digital programming.
• Experience with filming and shooting content is a valuable asset.
• Able to manage multiple timelines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and creative briefs for contributors and celebrity guests and turn editorial ideas into shootable content.
• Cast contributors and find people to bring stories to life.
• Research, develop and write items, scripts and links.
• Produce contributors before and during filming, ensuring comfort and strong content.
• Assist or perform camera operation where needed and collaborate with the presenter.
• Generate ideas for YouTube and digital content, staying in tune with trends.
• Collaborate with editors and the team to shape content from idea to final delivery.
