Role: Creative Artworker

Location: Birmingham

I’m currently working with a growing creative studio that collaborates with exciting brands across a broad range of sectors-from ambitious start-ups to global names. They’re now on the lookout for a detail-driven Creative Artworker to join their team full-time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on precision and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life across print, digital, and campaign formats within a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

What they’re looking for:

• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and pixel-perfect detail

• 2–4 years of experience in a studio or agency setting

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Confident in preparing artwork for both print and digital deliverables

• Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into on-brand, production-ready assets

• Solid understanding of print processes and digital specifications

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• Great communicator and reliable team player
