St Philips Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and run a weeklyActivities Group program, promoting independence and dignity for residents. You will join an established team within the St Philips Care family.

The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and autonomy in planning and executing activities to benefit residents, with comprehensive training and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to work.

• Good forward planning and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to innovate.
• Be able to work within a budget as set out by the Home manager.
• Have a good understanding of the activities and their benefits to the residents.
• Some Knowledge of Dementia Care.
• Some knowledge of working in a confidential setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a weekly program of activities for Activity Group members.
• Be innovative and enthusiastic, thinking outside the box.
• Work with autonomy in planning and executing activities.
