Creative Account Manager | Health & Beauty | Central London (3 days, 2 days remote working) | c£35,000

We are looking for a Creative Account Manager superstar to be a main point of contact for multiple key H&B clients, based out of my client's modern and exciting Soho offices. As the Creative Account Manager, you would service a myriad of leading health and beauty brands with exposure to briefs spanning ATL and BTL activity ie POS, e-commerce, OOH, eventing etc. The AM will be tasked with day to day briefing into the studio and management of projects from brief through to delivery ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively challenge creative briefs, and where appropriate, lead clients in the development of the campaign briefs and strategy.
  • Plan and brief projects as requested by the client taking full responsibility for service delivery.
  • Project manage jobs from start to finish, paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements
  • Take briefs from various client teams and ensure that all relevant information is captured – suggesting process improvements where necessary.
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Attend client briefing meetings as and when required, offering advice and support.
Qualifications
  • Previous Project Management / Account Management experience withexposure to ATL and BTL activity ie POS, e-commerce, OOH, eventing etc.
  • Knowledge of Health and Beauty brands, products and marketing preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in business / project reporting.
  • Good IT literacy.
