Vacancy: Workplace & Project Analyst
Location: Royston

As a Workplace & Project Analyst – CRE, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

Responsibilities
  • Workplace Data Management & Reporting – Own the collection, analysis, and accuracy of occupancy data, ensuring reliable insights for reporting and decision-making.
  • Project Coordination & Governance – Support planning and execution of CRE projects (e.g., database implementation, office fit-outs, simplification projects, workplace transformation) while maintaining documentation, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners/vendors to validate data, close gaps, and ensure smooth project and operational delivery.
  • Real Estate & Facilities Support – Partner with RE & FM teams on financial modelling, scenario planning, and cost assessments to support strategic real estate and facilities management decisions.
  • Operational & Administrative Support – Provide day-to-day support for the CRE function, including process improvements, consumables management, invoicing, and maintaining customer interface platforms.
Key skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to create clear, high-quality outputs.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis roles and/or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to integrate, synthesise, and prioritise multiple data sources and inputs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
