Daylesford Stays’ The Fox in Lower Oddington is seeking a bartender to deliver our bespoke range of beverages across our pubs and cafes. You will craft cocktails, local ales, wines and seasonal specials, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Starting September 2026, you will work 45 hours per week including weekends, with warm hospitality and attentive service. Roles include handling orders and payments, maintaining a clean bar, and contributing to a lively Bamford Collection ethos with

Qualifications

• Experience in a bartender or bar-support role is beneficial, but enthusiasm, passion for drinks, and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
• Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, spirits, wines, and local ales, with a desire to develop expertise in artisanal and seasonal drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills, delivering warm, engaging, and attentive interactions with every guest.

Responsibilities

• Craft, prepare, and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke specials, local ales, wines, and seasonal drinks
• Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and attentiveness, ensuring every interaction is memorable and aligned with hospitality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment, glassware, garnishes, and supplies are service-ready
• Accurately process drink orders, handle payments, and ensure all transactions are completed correctly
• Support the team during busy service periods, working collaboratively to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience
