Public House Group is hiring a Bartender for one of our pubs in the UK. You will craft and serve drinks, deliver excellent guest service, and keep the bar area organized while supporting the team to provide a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Passion for craft cocktails, beer and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests feel welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Engage with customers and make drink recommendations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Support opening and closing procedures and teamwork with front of house.
• Collaborate with front of house to ensure a smooth dining experience.
