Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Barista to craft drinks and deliver first-class service on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).

You will use your passion for coffee to prepare beverages, maintain a clean bar, handle payments, and work as part of a friendly team. Prior customer service experience and hands-on brewing knowledge are ideal as you grow with Costa Coffee.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and team player abilities.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and beverages.
• Ability to work under pressure with reliability and pace.
• Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene standards in the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Process payments (cash and cards) accurately.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and communicate clearly.
• Represent Costa and uphold a positive brand image.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
