Job summary

UK Power Networks in Purfleet is hiring a Craft Attendant Jointer to support experienced Jointers with fault repairs, new connections, network alterations and emergency response work on the distribution network.

You'll work to maintain safety standards, assist with excavations and help deliver essential power to communities, with on‑the‑job training and a potential City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Power Distribution.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training with progression toward City & Guilds qualification.
• Willingness to support fault repairs, new connections and network changes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance on the distribution network.

Join UK Power Networks, the UK's largest electricity distributor, as a Craft Attendant Jointer based in Purfleet. In this hands‑on role, you'll support experienced Jointers with fault repairs, new connections, network alterations and emergency response work, helping to keep power flowing to millions of customers. Working on the electricity distribution network, you'll play an important part in maintaining safety standards, assisting with excavations and supporting essential work that keeps our communities connected.
