Job summary

Fortrea Clinical Pharmacology Services in Leeds is seeking a CRA II to support Phase I–Ib studies. This on-site role places you in the flow of the trial, reviewing data as it is generated and collaborating with clinical, lab, and pharmacy teams.

You will monitor visits, ensure protocol compliance, and use modern eSource and EDC systems to enhance data integrity while enjoying flexible working arrangements and a supportive Leeds CRU environment.

Qualifications

• CRA II with at least 2 years independent site management monitoring experience.
• Understanding SAE reporting, process production, narratives and follow up of SAEs.
• Life science degree or nursing qualification.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Phase I–Ib studies across Fortrea CRU and UK sites.
• Perform Process Monitoring, Pre-Study, Site Initiation, Routine Monitoring, and Close-out visits.
• Review source data, protocol compliance, and data quality using modern eSource and EDC systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, lab, and project teams during fast-paced study timelines.
