A leading advisory company in the UK is seeking a CQC Specialist Advisor to help care providers achieve compliance with CQC standards. You will advise clients, deliver inspections and support improvements in care. This full-time role includes flexible remote working with access to the Norwich office and requires prior experience in the health or social care sector.

Location: Remote (UK-based) with access to Norwich office. Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (core hours 11:00 to 15:00). Travel: Around 30% across the UK. Salary: £40,000

We work across everything from regulations and registrations to mock inspections and crisis support. You’ll work directly with clients to assess compliance, offer clear advice and deliver tailored support. It’s a mix of analysis, problem-solving and practical action. You’ll combine technical knowledge with great communication, helping providers strengthen their governance and stay inspection-ready.
