Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working in a managerial role within an Adult Social Care Service.
  • Previous experience of managing a CQC regulated environment is preferable.
  • Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • CQC Registration as Manager.
  • Leading the overall delivery of the service.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and external agencies.
  • Overseeing safe and compliant medication management.
  • Managing tenancy agreements and support residents.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within an Adult Social Care Service
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Experience managing a CQC regulated environment
Experience managing accommodation-based services
Computer skills (electronic care planning, Word, Excel)
Able to communicate with clarity
