Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a CQC Bank Reablement Worker to provide flexible shift coverage in North Yorkshire. Earn £13.45 per hour with weekly pay and the benefits of a living wage employer. You’ll work closely with the care team to follow support plans and assist customers with daily activities.

Qualifications

• A level 2 or equivalent in social care or willingness to work toward this.
• Experience in a CQC care setting previously would be great.
• Positive, caring can-do attitude and empathy to make a difference.
• Experience with support plans and recording information concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support to our customers.
• Follow support plans and report concerns to the care team.
• Assist customers with everyday daily living activities.
• Allow time for chats and building rapport with customers.

What youll do

• We provide 24-hour support to our customers.
• Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and report any concerns.
• Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities.
• Youll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats, and catch-ups; theres no rushing from one customer to the next here!

You have

• A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this.
• If youve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!
• Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives.
• Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
• Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
