Job summary

Thomas Franks London is seeking an experienced Central Production Unit (CPU) Operations Manager to lead a high-performing central production operation across London. You will balance strong operational leadership with commercial drive, developing concepts, managing client relationships and driving growth.

You will champion food quality, safety and service standards while building a motivated team and collaborating with culinary and creativity colleagues to deliver exceptional, innovative menus

Qualifications

• Accomplished operations leader with contract catering or hospitality background.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in leading central production and food production operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the central production operation, including kitchen production, quality and logistics.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
• Develop innovative menus and concepts with culinary teams to evolve offerings.
• Take accountability for CPU P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and compliance, reflecting client expectations.
