Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is recruiting for a CPCS Traffic Marshall to join the long-term project at Highfield Campus, Southampton (SO17 1BJ). An immediate start is available, with a rate of £16.50 per hour across Monday to Friday.

Role involves directing site traffic, guiding plant and vehicles, and maintaining safe procedures on the construction site in Southampton. Prior site experience and CPCS qualification are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directing site traffic and deliveries.
• Safely guiding plant and vehicles around site.
• Managing vehicle movements and pedestrian routes.
• Assisting with deliveries and unloading.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Supporting the site team with general duties where required.
