Compensation: $19 – $20 per hour DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Review and process prior authorization (PA) requests for medications
  • Determine approval or rejection based on established guidelines
  • Accurately enter and update data in multiple systems
  • Communicate with providers when needed for outbound calls
  • Learn and navigate pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems and other technology tools
  • Follow regulatory requirements and internal processes
  • Maintain high productivity while ensuring quality and compliance

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Hold an active state pharmacy technician license or CPhT certification
  • Prior experience in a hospital, retail, or PBM call center pharmacy role
  • Prior authorization experience in accepting/rejecting requests
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Ability to train on a CST schedule for the first two weeks
