Job summary

Randstad UK in Windsor is seeking a compassionate Cover Teaching Assistant for our SEN school. You will work with teachers to provide tailored academic and emotional support, fostering an inclusive environment for pupils with diverse needs. Ad hoc availability is ideal as daily duties vary.

Working Hours: 8:20-4:15. Applicants must have full eligibility to work in the UK, DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain), and GCSE English/Maths at grade 4/C or above.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working alongside students with special educational needs.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers by delivering tailored academic and emotional assistance to pupils.
• Assist students with diverse needs and promote an inclusive classroom environment.
• Attend to daily duties during the school day and adapt to ad hoc requirements.
