Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is recruiting a Cover Teacher to work across a network of welcoming secondary schools in Chatham.

You will supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, manage classroom behaviour, and support pupils with varying abilities, while complying with safeguarding policies. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, day-to-day supply or long-term placements, and weekly pay.

The Role

As a Cover Teacher, you will:

• Support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs.

• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.

• Gain experience across a variety of schools and subject areas.

• Choose assignments that suit your availability and preferred locations.
