Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to provide day-to-day supply for secondary schools in the borough of Haringey. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared plans, and support pupils to stay on task and engaged across different settings.

The role offers flexible opportunities; a strong classroom presence, good behaviour management, and a willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS through Update Service are essential.

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an educational setting.
• Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
