Job summary

The Supply Register is partnering with Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull to recruit Cover Supervisors for Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull. This ongoing, flexible supply role offers immediate start and competitive daily rates.

As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and support students’ learning and wellbeing in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
• A genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.
