Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply across multiple schools. The role starts immediately, offering daily variety and the potential path to a permanent position.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared plans, and uphold a positive learning environment within schools. The ideal candidate has experience with young people, strong classroom management and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service

Responsibilities

Immediate start available for flexible classroom supervisors. Work across multiple schools in the Thetford area, providing essential support where it's needed most. Whether you want daily variety or a path to a permanent role, this is the perfect starting point.
