Paddington Academy in London is inviting applications for a Cover Supervisor (Train to Teach). This structured pathway offers mentoring, weekly CPD, and support to apply for teacher training from September 2026.

You will gain classroom experience in a high-performing, disruption-free environment and help maintain high standards of learning. We welcome graduates (2:1 or above preferred) and want motivated individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who are committed to helping students progress
