Cover Supervisor Opportunities

Aspire People are recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary schools across Stonehouse and the surrounding Stroud district. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils stay on task and engaged
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a calm, positive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
• Communicate with teachers and school staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour
