Overview

Role

Quokka Education is looking for sports coaches who want flexible daytime work as Cover Supervisors. It's the perfect role for anyone who thrives on leadership, adaptability, and motivating groups. We'll give you the training you need, and you'll bring your natural authority and empathetic and warm‑hearted approach.

Responsibilities

• Day 1–30: Use early days to set the standard. Walk into classrooms with confidence, keep lessons running with pre‑prepared materials, and quickly earn respect.
• Day 31–60: Adaptation and engagement across subjects (Year 7 maths to Year 10 history). Keep classes calm, focused, and engaged. Teachers will begin asking for you by name, recognising the impact you bring.
• Day 61–90: By the end of your first term, you will have become a familiar figure across Basingstoke schools. Students will trust you, staff will rely on you, and you will be known for consistency, professionalism, and care.
