The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across multiple secondary schools within the Trust. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement. You will work flexibly across our secondary schools, providing essential support to ensure minimal disruption to students’ education.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during planned and unplanned teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities set by subject teachers
• Maintain classroom discipline and implement the school’s behaviour management policies
• Support student learning by providing guidance and encouragement
• Ensure the safety and welfare of students at all times
• Build positive relationships with students across different year groups
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
