Cover Supervisor

• Daily Rate: £95 - £110
• Location: Prestatyn
• Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide planned cover at a secondary school in Prestatyn. This role is to cover short and long term positions across KS3 & 4

Day-to-day of the role:

• Cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, following the set seating and lesson plans provided.
• Manage the classroom environment, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Provide assistance to students during lessons, clarifying lesson content and facilitating learning.
• Handle a variety of subjects, adapting to different educational materials and classroom settings.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and behavioural standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role within a secondary school environment.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• Ability to cover a broad range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and 4.
