Tradewind Recruitment is seeking degree-qualified Cover Supervisors to support teaching and learning across Salford and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes, drive engagement and help ensure lessons run smoothly in a positive learning environment.

We welcome graduates with a flexible, proactive approach who can adapt to different subjects and school settings, and who are committed to safeguarding and student welfare. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification (essential) in any subject.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Confidence managing secondary-aged pupils is important.

Responsabilités

• Supervising classes across a variety of subjects during teacher absences.
