Location: Luton
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Salary: £90-£120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary to Permanent

Overview

Keep Education are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a variety of Secondary Schools across Luton. Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with the work set.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Support students in understanding lesson materials and encourage participation.
  • Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
  • Follow school safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Education & Experience
  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • A-Level qualification or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable (e.g., as a Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, or Sports Coach).
  • Training or experience in classroom management would be an advantage.
