Location: Taunton, Somerset

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £17,336 £18,772 actual per annum (FTE £25,989 £28,142)

Contract: Term-time only, 29 hours 35 minutes per week (Monday Friday, 08 05)

ANZUK Education are working on behalf of a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Somerset to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the day.

  • Supervising lessons across a range of subjects in line with the school’s policies.
  • Managing student behaviour to maintain a calm and positive learning environment.
