Cover Supervisors Needed – Flexible Supply Work Across Greater Manchester

Location: Salford
Start Date: Immediate Start
Contract: Day-to-Day & Long-Term Opportunities
Pay: 90 - 120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you confident, organised, and looking to make a difference in local schools? We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our supply team and support secondary schools across Greater Manchester with day-to-day and short-term cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers who are keen to gain hands-on experience in schools before starting teacher training. You'll develop classroom confidence, leadership skills, and a real understanding of school life - all while earning and building valuable experience.

The Role
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Encourage and support students to stay on task and complete their work.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Confident, professional, and able to engage young people effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous school or youth experience is beneficial, but not essential - full support and guidance provided.
