Role

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across East London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, day-to-day work in the education sector.
Location: East London Secondary Schools
Type: Day-to-Day Work
Salary: Competitive daily rates
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
  • Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
