Cover Supervisor - Redbridge, London

Are you organised, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in education?

We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a dynamic and welcoming Primary School in Redbridge, providing essential classroom support to teachers and pupils.

This is a term‑time only position, offered at a daily rate, with an immediate start available.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a focused, engaging atmosphere
  • Delivering pre‑prepared lessons and assisting students with their learning
  • Reporting student progress and any concerns to teaching staff and senior leaders
  • Supporting the wider school community where needed
  • Ensuring lessons run smoothly and effectively

Pay: 110 - 150 per day

About You
  • Experience working with primary students (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and wellbeing
