Cover Supervisor & Instructor - September Start

Location: Worcester and surrounding areas

Pay: £120 - £130 per day (depending on school and experience)

Responsibilities

• You will be delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students are engaged in their learning in the absence of the usual subject teacher.
• While work is often general cover, we can also place you in subject-specific roles that suit your background or interests.

Requirements

• A UK-recognised degree or some experience teaching, tutoring, or working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for a new certificate, we can help with this process)
