Full-Time Cover Supervisor Needed in Chesterfield

Are you passionate about education and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Tradewind Recruitment in Sheffield are working on behalf of a reputable Academy in Chesterfield who are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join their team in September 2025 on a long term basis which could continue until Easter 2026

About the Role:

Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisor

Location: Chesterfield

Start Date: Monday 2nd September

End Date: Friday, Easter 2026

Maternity Leave Cover

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a small team of cover supervisors

Provide cover across a variety of subjects

Maintain a positive learning environment

Engage students in their learning during teacher absences

Requirements:

Genuine interest in education or a desire to pursue a teaching career

Ideally possess an up-to-date DBS check

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt to different subjects and teaching styles
